accidently murder

I feel that even though the young women was well aware of the law and shouldnt been on the phone. She didnt mean to kill the man so it was clearly proven as an accident.


Althought it was an accident and she was aware of the law i feel that the young women should be punished to set an example that this is a very dangerous and serious law that should be followed. I also feel that she should be punished but not  the max penatly for it was an accident
